Training for muscle growth
You'll know exactly what to do every time you're working out, wether thats in the gym or at home.
Your workouts will be scheduled on specifics days so it's easy to know when to do what, as well as what the exercise should look like by watching my video demonstrations, how many sets and reps and the tempo and intensity of each exercise.

Custom Nutrition Plan
You'll receive a custom nutrition plan for your body, goals and food preferences and it'll be updated with every check in.You will also get access to 1,000's of macro-friendly recipes and fast food options with all the nutritional information for easy tracking!

Access to our app
Everything in your plan will be in one central fitness app where you can log your training sessions so you can progressively overload, as well as your body stats and nutrition to keep track of how your body and strength changes over time. And you can DM me in our app anytime to ask any questions about your training so you're never left feeling confused, and always feeling supported.

Check in with ME and updated plans
You'll get the ability to submit a check in with every new training block (every 6 weeks), and receive a 5-10 minute loom review video, where I share my screen, review progress, talk through strengths, weaknesses and changes needed to ensure you see progress towards your goals!

Join our weekly community calls (or watch the recording after if you cannot make it) to get all your questions answered, and receive live education and community support. I love to teach you the how's and why's of all things fitness and nutrition. You'll learn how to optimize your training in the gym, and how to make sure your nutrition is supporting your goals.

My passion for fitness started after I found strength training. It helped me trade the cycle of restrictive dieting and chasing ‘skinny’ for the empowering lifestyle of building a strong, healthy body.
Online Group Training is the culmination of years of continuing education, mentorship & hands on experience training clients and designing programs.
It’s the program I *wish* I had back in the beginning, instead of PDF downloadables or websites that I could never keep track of and didn't see much progress with.
Teaching our #TeamOGT to build muscle without wasting time in the gym and feeling their absolute best is one of my favorite things in the world.
